Join us for 'The Magic of Connection with Horses', a two-hour workshop that blends theory and practice to explore the profound bond between humans and horses.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of horse-human interaction and the role of self-regulation in building trust and connection.

When: Saturday 14th December and 4th January 2024, from 12:00-2pm. ​

What to expect: This workshop is a combination of learning and hands-on experience, designed to foster self-awareness and connection. You’ll begin with a theory session, during which Maryna will discuss:

The fundamentals of connection with horses - understanding their behaviour and communication.
​

Techniques for self-regulation and how your internal state influences horse behaviour.
​

Strategies to balance listening to the horse with asserting your own will.
​​​​​
​Following the theory session, participants will engage in practical activities with three unique horses, each with their own character and energy. Under Maryna’s guidance, you will practice the principles discussed and explore building trust and connection with one of the horses.

Who with?

Maryna is a Liberty Horsemanship instructor (Liberty Horse, Ukraine) and an Equine Facilitated Interactions Practitioner (Athena Herd, UK), with over 15 years of experience in horse training and interaction across multiple countries. Her practice blends liberty horsemanship with mindfulness, focusing on the mutual growth of horse and human through meaningful, balanced connection.
